Terms of use
Updated September 27, 2026
These terms describe the use of What Agents Want, operated by Mauro Martino. Questions about the service can be sent to mamartino.com@gmail.com.
The service
What Agents Want compares how AI models mention and recommend brands. Registered users can create reports, inspect model responses and review aggregated rankings. A public sample report demonstrates the interface and methodology.
Your account
Use an account you control and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Your authenticated account is required to access your own dashboard and reports. Do not access another person's account or attempt to bypass account, credit or usage controls.
Responsible use
Use the service lawfully and only submit content you are entitled to use. Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential material you cannot share with the selected AI providers, malicious content, or requests intended to disrupt the service. Access may be restricted when necessary to address abuse, security incidents or violations of these terms.
Reports and limitations
AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent. Rankings describe the sampled questions, models and settings of a particular report; they are not a complete measure of a brand's market position or a guarantee of how a model will answer another question.
Check the underlying responses, methodology and sample size before relying on a result. Brand names and third-party material belong to their respective owners. A mention in a report does not imply endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship.
Credits and availability
The report setup shows the estimated credit requirement before you start. Credits are deducted when a report is created. If a report fails or you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support with the report identifier. Credit purchases are not enabled in the current release.
Availability and completion times depend on the service, AI providers and their capacity limits. Features and available models may change. Keep copies of results that are important to you.
Your content and privacy
You retain any rights you hold in the material you submit. You allow the processing needed to generate, store and display your requested reports. Data handling, Google sign-in and privacy requests are described in the Privacy policy.
Changes and questions
Updates to these terms will appear here with a revised date. Material changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.
